The greatest of Human knowledge and experience is contained in immortal words of various divine text in form of Shlokas, Sutras, Abhangs, Aartis, Bhajans, etc...

Shlokapp is merging of the following :-

  1. Using conclusions of various studies and PHD thesis of Cognitive Science, Intuitive Learning Psychology, Natural Language processing(NLP) One of the e.g. of such usage :-
For most learning of these texts is like learning new language, we normally teach children language by following the sequence i.e. WRITE > READ > SPEAK > LISTEN. For example, we teach children to write a, b, c, and so on... Then we teach them to read i.e. r, a, t means rat; b, a, t means bat; etc.. then to speak and listen. But various PHD thesis of Cognitive Science, Intutive Learning Psychology, Natural Language processing conclude that a human mind naturally learn language in completely reverse sequence i.e. LISTEN > SPEAK > READ > WRITE. Humans can read without knowing to write because the human mind does not read every letter by itself, but the word as a whole and remembers it as say a image file.
All the letters in the words of paragraph below have been jumbled (mixed) and only the first and last letter of ecah word is in the right place to prove this point. Read the paragraph below and you will understand this:
I cnduo't bvleiee taht I culod aulaclty uesdtannrd waht I was rdnaieg. Unisg the icndeblire pweor of the hmuan mnid, aocdcrnig to rseecrah at Cmabrigde Uinervtisy, it dseno't mttaer in waht oderr the lterets in a wrod are, the olny irpoamtnt tihng is taht the frsit and lsat ltteer be in the rhgit pclae. The rset can be a taotl mses and you can sitll raed it whoutit a pboerlm. Tihs is bucseae the huamn mnid deos not raed ervey ltteer by istlef, but the wrod as a wlohe.
Using the conclusion of various studies done in prestigious universities around the world, we have developed mobile applications and web tools which is aimed at learning and memorising of these divine texts.

  2. Age old methods and techniques of "MNEMONICS" (subject dedicated to memory training)
You have probably seen Memory Experts shuffling through a deck of cards in minute or more and then they are repeating the deck of cards that they just saw in a manner which seems like magic. Is it possible to use these techniques to remember Shlokas? Yes, it is possible
Divine Arts Techno Media are designing tools and games within each Shlokapp specifically using various methods and techniques of "MNEMONICS" which deals with memory training. Thus helping the user quickly learn what seems to be almost impossible task otherwise.

  3. 3) Using modern technology's innovative tools like mobile application into simple engrossing games
Various games are designed to help learning and developing long term memory of shloka, There is a Word Game specifically designed to help learn the sequence of wards in the shloka and also all images and properties used are related to the Deity for which the Shloka is being sung for e.g. for Lord Sankar, a nagraj game is to be played while for Lord Ganesh we have a game with modak and mushak raj.
There is a reverse word game designed to remember the word sequence in reverse order. This is very useful for long term memory and is a technique used to remember Vedas from generation to generation and also our classical music which remembers the ragas in both forward and reverse notes.
Also, a line sequence game is designed to help remember the sequence of various lines. For e.g. all of us will know our national anthem and would have sung it a lot many times but very few can answer if they were asked to start National anthem from say line number 4. This is because the association of line number and words of that line is normally not established consciously. This leads to skipping from one line of shloka to some other shloka where words are similar. The line sequence game is designed to establish the connection of words with shloka number.

  4. Learning shlokas and other divine texts influences personal growth and serves to shift the consciousness of individuals and humanity in a direction of a greater quality of life.
With these sentiments being the founding stone of company and its culture, it made sense for Divine Arts Techno Media to launch Shlokapp, to help learning of various divine texts which in turn results in integration of spiritual practice into daily life.
